Product Questions

We do not offer custom displays. We only have stock items available. You can email us with requests and we will be happy to consider them for the next years new designs. 

All the products are only available in colors pictured on our web site or catalog. We do not offer items in different colors or designs. 

All our products are designed and made for outdoor decorations. There is no need to alter any products for outdoor use. You do not need to tape over or cap female ends of the displays. They are designed to withstand rain, snow and wind with a few exceptions. If you live in an area that has a large expected snowfall, make sure to raise the decorations up above this level. The LED lights cannot withstand being buried in snow for extended periods of time.

All of our designs are hinged and folded for storage and easy shipping. Some of our designs are also fitted with rings to allow them to be hung. Set up should be on a flat or level surface but if you find the ground is uneven ground stakes may be required. 

All our lights are made with 24V LED 0715 PVC double sided neon flex.

Returns and Warranty Questions

My lights are tested and inspected before shipping, but unfortunately things will go wrong occasionally.I understand that you might need to return something to us for a number of reasons. Please contact us before sending anything back. If your item arrives damaged or not working as it should be, I will gladly replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you in full) and reimburse you for any return shipping costs you incur to return the item to us. Please send me a copy of the receipt via email here for any shipping costs you incur. All claims for damaged items must be made within 1 business day of receiving your order. It is important that you open your order as soon as you get it, and notify me immediately if there is any damage.

Please take photographs of any damage and send them to me via email here before sending the item back, as we need to report damage to our insurer, delivery courier and manufacturer. 

Your purchase automatically comes with protections under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. All of my products are fully backed by the manufacturers warranty. Should your product be faulty, please contact me so I can have the fault rectified under the manufacturer’s warranty. Depending on the manufacturer’s warranty terms and requirements, I will either repair or replace it for you depending on the level of stock available. All of our products are fully backed by Australian manufacturer warranty with a1-year warranty. 

I pack every order carefully to ensure it reaches you in good condition. Every light product is tested prior to shipping to ensure all products leave our warehouse in working order, giving you extra product confidence. If anything arrives damaged, you should either refuse the delivery and have it sent back, or take photos immediately of the damage and send them to me via email so I can rectify it as quickly as possible for you. Damage must be reported to me no later than the next business day after delivery or you may not qualify for a replacement or refund!  Every product I sell comes with automatic guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

Shipping and Handling Policy

Shipping is free to anywhere in Australia.

Products are usually dispatched within 1-2 days once payment is verified. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking number. All deliveries will be shipped by Pack & Send couriers.

Pricing and Billing

As this is a new business, it has not reached the turnover threshold required to be registered for GST. Therefore, there is no GST component in the price which will be reflected in the invoice. 

All invoices will be attached to the box in an envelope. If you require an electronic copy please let me know and I will email one to you. 

You have a range of options to pay for your purchase including PayPal, Credit Card, Afterpay and Direct Deposit.

My Account

When you make a purchase the first time you will be required to include contact details including name, address and phone number. You can create an account by ticking the “Create an account” box at the time but you are under no obligation to do so and can check out as a guest.

Go to Login (top right of the menu bar), and you can click on forgot Password. It will lead you through how to proceed.
