Postage to Australia is free. I will endeavour to post your items within 48 hours of purchase, but if there are any issues, I will contact you to ensure you are aware of where things are at.
Refunds and Warranty
My lights are tested and inspected before shipping, but unfortunately things will go wrong occasionally. If that is the case, please get in touch and I will offer you either a replacement or a full refund. All I ask is that you send me a photo so I can determine what the problem is in order to discuss it with my supplier. Every light has a 12-month warranty and unlike many businesses, I will also pay for the postage if I ask you to return it. I don’t think you should be out of pocket for something you are not responsible for.
